The ArchTerr Project—A GIS-Based Integrated System for Cultural and Archaeological Heritage Protection (Pilot Phase Tested in Romania)

This paper presents the results of an experimental-demonstrative research project summarizing three integrated products: interactive digital map; a reference and record keeping database system; set procedures to enforce unified application archaeological heritage protection legislation in Romania.
